I've bought and sold a few houses in my life but have not had the experience like I had with Hodrick realty.
I saw my "forever" house on a Saturday several weeks ago. Not knowing at the time that this was the house for me I nonchalantly drove by on my way to Mansfield PA. The owner, who happened to be out in the yard, told me they were having an open house tomorrow. I had spoken with Ms. Betsy Bjorkman twice over the last year or so but had not contacted her recently. I explained I was "very" interested in this house and inquired if she had time to meet me tomorrow for the open house. She agreed and the rest was "history" Her opinion was essentially the same as mine... (gotta have this house!) Ms. Bjorkman devoted her time and energy selflessly to this sale/purchase. Can't give her enough stars.... she handled the purchase and all the ensuing details flawlessly. Kudos to her and Hodrick realty!!
